Eric Grabiel
Eric Grabiel is an equity-minded higher education leader with 25 years of experience in public education, including 18 years of service to California’s community colleges. As a first-generation college student, he draws deep personal conviction from the belief that community colleges are among the most transformative engines for equity and mobility. His life’s work is centered on creating meaningful educational opportunities for every learner, particularly those who are the first in their families to attend college.

Dr. Hector Garza
Dr. Hector Garza empowers faculty, staff, and students to pursue their journey to success through advocacy and the transformative power of education.
He utilizes a servant leadership philosophy to ensure success. By supporting innovation, he provides environments where everyone has a purpose and an opportunity to thrive.
Dr. Garza currently serves as Dean of Arts, Letters & Learning Services (ALLS) at Imperial Valley College.

Dr. Raman K Deol
Dr. Raman Deol serves as the Dean of Instruction for Communication and Languages at San Joaquin Delta College. She is an insightful and dedicated educational leader distinguished by her unwavering commitment to student success, institutional equity, and the cultivation of innovative instructional environments. Drawing from her multilingual background and a deep, personal understanding of diverse community experiences, she brings a vital, nuanced perspective to policy and decision-making, with a particular focus on meeting the unique needs of adult learners.
